Belongs to a well-known and reputed family of Agadi "Bahaddur Desai". Pavan's forefathers were at the forefront during the freedom struggle and it was during this time the title "Bahaddur" was conferred upon by the Britishers to his Great grandfather for his bravery and fearless acts.
The Bahaddur Desai family is also well known for its philanthropic gestures and is responsible for uplifting many families in the district.
Today at this point in time, the current generation/family members are well settled professionally across various walks of professional lives. To highlight a few they are doctors, engineers, and Government Administrative Service.
Pavan is a qualified "Entrepreneur" with his business interest spread across various segments (Ranging from Automobiles to Professional services (MPP) Man Power Planning).
Professional Dossier
Pavan is a Bachelor of Engineering graduate from prestigious M. S. Ramaiah College with specialization in (Instrumentation & Electronics). At the initial stages of his career, Pavan worked/was employed at a well reputed MNC.
He worked over 9 Years for a Process automation function. During his tenure, Pavan executed more than 40 domestic and 6 international automation projects.
Pavan is a qualified Six Sigma White Belt and is certified from Indian School of professional Excellence (ISPE) & Also certified functional safety engineer from YOKOGAWA Singapore.

Social Welfare
Donation to orphanage old age homes and Schools and Colleges. He is also providing daily meals to the kith and kin of patients at Haveri District Hospital.
Covid Activities
In Association of Seva Bharati Trust
During the difficult phase of Covid, where in the entire Country Struggled to come in terms with life and its survival, Bahaddur Desai Motors along with Seva Bharati Trust played a crucial role as Covid Warriors and lead a good helping hand in the district to curb the pandemic.
Key Highlights:
- Organised and Set-up online consultations with reputed doctors to break a few myths about Covid-19.
- Did set-up oxygen concentrators bank to all the infected patients on demand basis.
- Door to door food distribution in the form of breakfast, lunch, and dinners to all the patients across the district.
- Organized on line cultural and spiritual activities for the infected to boost the morale and bring in some positivity and joviality during the tough times.
- During these testing times, the entire showroom was converted into Covid care centre including a vaccination centre for many poor and needy in the district.

- Was awarded as "Young Achievers of Karnataka" award by Times of India Group in the year 2019.
- During the year 2019-2020, he was felicitated as a Role model citizen of Haveri district.
